The only jumps meeting today comes from Plumpton, with six races taking place from 2.15 to 4.45. The other meeting of today comes from Wolverhampton this evening. Eight races tonight, with the first getting underway at 4.35.

A winner last time out at Fakenham. Stepping up in trip today, but I see this horse coping well with the extra distance. Only a four horse race, and is running off bottom weight at 11 stone. Should run well today.
Next-Best – Velvet Cognac – 4.15 Plumpton
This horse looks in decent form, and is running off a reasonable weight. Heavy ground shouldn’t be an issue, and I think horse has every chance today over the 3m distance. David Bass on board him today. Will also be geared with blinkers and a nose strap. Can see him running well.
Each-Way – Darebin – 3.15 Plumpton
This looks a very open race. Had no impression on his chase debut last time out, but back over hurdles today. The heavy ground is not the most ideal, but I think it could be in with an each-way shout in this 2m 4f Class 4 Handicap.
