Cheshire Phoenix will be hoping for their third consecutive win when the Glasgow Rocks visit the Cheshire Oaks Arena on Sunday (February 6).

A win would be their seventh from 15 games in the BBL Championship this season and could see them temporarily climb into third if other results go their way.

The Nix are looking to build on back to back away wins over the Plymouth City Patriots and Surrey Scorchers.

Cheshire have won five of their six games in 2022 including a 107-87 victory over the Rocks just three weeks ago.

Their only loss came to the unbeaten league leaders Leicester Riders.

In contrast, Glasgow have lost their last two games by 20 points to Phoenix and 18 points to the Bristol Flyers.

Their only win in January came against NBL Division One side Solent Kestrels in the BBL Trophy.

Glasgow currently sit eighth in the table but have five games in hand on Cheshire and have just two less wins with four.

Cheshire will be hoping Namon Wright can match the 22 points he racked up the last time the sides met.

Wright currently leads the league in field goals made with 84 and is averaging 16.6 points per game, the seventh best in the league.

However the Nix will be wary of Jordan Johnson, who is averaging 17.9 points and 9.3 assists per game, and Jaycee Hillsman who bagged six triples the last time he faced Phoenix.
