The game comes after their dominant 64-0 victory against London Broncos Ladies last weekend.
Both Emily Rudge and Phoebe Hook produced impressive performances, scoring three tries each.
Matty Smith’s side have won the Challenge Cup for the last three seasons and will be looking to continue that run.
St Helens come into this season as the first team in the north-west to offer match payments to female players.
Former England captain Emily Rudge believes that this will give the players a boost coming into the season.
Speaking to Merseysportlive, she said: “I think that creates a lot of competitiveness and people wanting to be part of that and to be a paid player
“Only 1 to 17 are going to be getting the match payments so you’ve really got to fight for a shirt.”
