A talented pole and aerial artist has been forced to delay plans for her first major competition due to injury.
Competing out of Liverpool, Rebecca Mawhinney was excited about a big year ahead in 2025 before a knee ligament injury unexpectedly halted her progress.
The 19-year-old has begun her recovery and tells Mersey Sport Live about the impact of the injury, as well as her road to full fitness and hopes for an eventual return to competition.
