For anyone in the fitness industry one of their biggest aspirations is to own their own gym, for two brothers that dream became a reality in 2022.
Brothers Ethan and Liam Owens took on their dream project three years ago when they took over Anvil gym in Southport. At the time of the takeover Ethan was 17 years old and Liam was 20, making the brothers two of the youngest gym owners on Merseyside.
Since opening of the gym it has gone from strength to strength with support from friends, family and the wider community and there’s no sign of the brothers slowing down anytime soon with hopes to further expand in the future.
