The Inclusive Hub, situated in Kirkdale, was opened in 2016 by Liam Starkey and his father.
The Hub focuses on helping people of all abilities and ages through boxing and other sports.
Its popularity has grown and brought in more and more people with different abilities as the years have gone on.
It improves fitness and education among young and older people.
They help people merge into life full of confidence and avoid any anti-social behaviour.
