Wresters on Merseyside who find it hard to make a breakthrough with big American promoters, are getting their chance thanks to an independent outfit in Liverpool.
Atomic has provided a platform for local talent to showcase their skills in front of large audiences, with goals to get more fans into professional wrestling. It has already staged six sell out shows, and continues to make big strides in the British wrestling scene.
It was created by three former wrestlers who spotted a gap in the market for a Northwest based promotion.
American promotions like WWE and AEW dominate the sport.
