Everton’s upcoming move to the waterfront has sparked concerns for family owned business which relies heavily on match day crowds.

The pub is desperate to keep the regular customers, and are even considering hiring coaches to ferry customers to and from the new stadium at Bramley dock, free of charge.
Despite these concerns, one lifelong Everton fan who is a Royal Oak regular and a Blue for 61 years, is welcoming the move with open arms.
