It’s understood Everton are set to undergo a rebuild following their demise into a relegation-battling side in the last few seasons.
The Toffees will be hoping for a ‘new manager, new stadium, new CEO, new me!’ and are expected to have a busy transfer window in the summer with Moyes looking to ‘get back into the big time’ and ‘be challenging near the top end of the league rather than the bottom’.
Kinnear will be leaving Elland Road after eight years with the club, working on a range of roles from transfers to the stadium expansion project.

The 47-year-old has extensive experience in stadium relocation, holding the position of commercial director for the Gunners when they migrated to the Emirates from Highbury.
Before making the move to The Whites, Kinnear acted as managing director at West Ham United and was heavily involved in the Hammers’ move to the Olympic Stadium.
The search for a CEO was undertaken by Nolan Partners who specialise in recruitment of executives for clubs and organisations across an array of sports.
