Everton play host to Norwich on Saturday looking to make it two wins from two, whilst The Canaries come into the game without a win in seven.
The Toffees are sat 15th in the league, but they’re just three points off Sheffield United in 5th. The away side on the other hand are sat bottom of the league, four points adrift of Aston Villa in 17th.
Playing Everton won’t be the ideal trip for Daniel Farke’s team either, the East Anglians have only beaten Everton once in their previous 10 meetings in the league, and not at Goodison since a famous 5-1 battering in 1993.
Both sides have been plagued by injuries so far this season, with Everton set to miss Bernard, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Andre Gomes with Fabian Delph to be assessed.
Norwich are also currently monitoring Kenny McClean, Jamal Lewis and Josip Drmic ahead of the trip to Merseyside.
A win for Marco Silva is crucial prior to a very tricky run of fixtures, featuring games against Leiciester, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal all before Christmas as the under fire manager will look to build up momentum.
It’s yet another must-win game for Everton as they look to kick-start their season, and with Farke’s men preferring an attacking style, that should suit The Blues down to the ground as they look to win back-to-back league games for the first time since April.
