Won a bumper on heavy ground in December at Ffos Las. Under a slight penalty today, but shouldn’t be too much of an issue for him. Running off top weight, but I am expecting a big run from this horse to make it 2/2 for this Venetia Williams trained horse.
Next Best – Oscar Clouds – 14.00 Mussleburgh
An unraced horse here for Keith Dalgleish. 55,000 euro newcomer. Jockey, Craig Nichol usually rides stablemate and favourite in this race, Glorious Lady. This speaks volumes for me as he has chosen to ride this horse instead.
Each-way – Agusta Gold – 14.45 Punchestown
Handicap chase debut for her. If she stays, should be in with a great chance of and EW place. She has previously won two hurdle races, a NH flat race and a chase from 2m to 2m 4f on ground varying from good to heavy. In with a shout here today.
