Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he is not worried about “defensive woes” ahead of the crucial Champions League tie against Atletico Madrid at Anfield.
Victory for Liverpool would all but seem them qualify from the group stages.
Klopp said: “We aren’t perfect, I knew that before and we have to defend better that’s absolutely clear.”
Naby Keita will be ruled out for a few weeks with the hamstring injury he sustained against Brighton on Saturday.
But both Fabinho and Thiago trained with the first team squad and are in contention to play against the Spanish side.
Klopp’s side can qualify from the so-called “group of death” as winners with two games to spare if they defeat Atletico and Porto fail to beat AC Milan.
He said it would be a boost but that he “wasn’t focusing on right now”.
Porto’s game with AC Milan kicks off at 5:45, which means Liverpool will know if they can qualify before their game kicks off.
