Liverpool mental health charities are facing huge challenges in securing funding for their work.
A small pool of government funds, alongside the competition to secure these grants means only a select few organisations receive the proper financial aid.
This means many of these initiatives rely solely on fundraising from the general public, opposed to formal government support.
