Brian Sorensen has put pen to paper and committed his future to Everton by signing a new contract keeping him at the club until 2026.
It’s been a difficult season for the toffees who currently sit ninth in the table with three games remaining.
The Dane led Everton to sixth in the Women’s Super League last season, which was his debut season in charge, but that hasn’t been the case this time around.
The Toffees have experienced a season like no other after being hit with a succession of injuries.
“Yeah, really happy. I really like the club and the people here,” said Sorensen “I think we have a good plan in place in terms of progressing the team for the next few years.
“We have a good core group and most important of all my little girl is really happy in school, so she is also happy we stay.”
Sorensen’s assistant Stephen Nelligan has also put pen to paper and will stay at the club until 2026.
The toffees are back in action on Sunday April where they will face Arsenal at Walton Hall Park.
