After Matt failed to find a winner yesterday, the tips are back with myself for the first time since December.
Once again, the weather has caused havoc and there are just two meetings today. The days racing comes from Leicester and Chelmsford City, with Leicester a jumps meeting and Chelmsford the sole flat affair.
Here are my tips from Leicester…
Nap – Quick Wave 14:30
Had a great chance last time out at Warwick; however, Venetia William’s horse jumped out to the right and finished as the runner up. Cheek pieces have been fitted and Brian Hughes is back on board after Dickie Johnson, Sean Bowen, and Charlie Deutsch all failed to win. Running right-handed today should allow Quick Wave to win.
Next Best- Vocaliser 14:00
Finishing second last time out in the first run since a wind operation, Vocaliser receives 8lbs from main rival Lickpenny Larry. Running off the same mark as the Sedgefield second, whilst down in trip slightly should allow for improvement and see Robin Dickin’s horse in the winners’ enclosure.
Each Way- Waterloo Warrior
Having won four out of five points since May, Waterloo Warrior could have a big say in his first hunters chase. J slatter’s horse is unexposed and has a big chance to get off the mark chasing in a contest I feel is wide open.
