The International Olympics Committee (IOC) today announced the new dates for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games – to be held in 2021!
The new dates will see the games taking place between 23rd July – 8th August next year.
The Paralympics will follow, beginning 24th August and ending on 5th September 2021.
This announcement comes after news last week that the IOC had finally made the decision to postpone the Olympics in Japan this summer due to the global pandemic.
