A non league football club in Liverpool is doing its bit to help Parkinson’s disease sufferers.
Northern Lights FC is running coaching clinics bringing together those who often feel scared and alone.
Sufferers can learn new skills and make friends with those in a similar situation through walking football.
Training takes place every Friday at the Brunswick Youth and Community centre. Chairperson John Roche has created a community of people who are all going through the same battle but having fun while doing it.
