Southport will be looking to continue their excellent run of form as they face Leamington at Haig Avenue on Saturday.
The Sandgrounders have won four of their last five league games as wins against Brackley, Hereford and Bradford have recently propelled them to fourth place in the National League North.
Southport’s home form is particularly impressive, having only lost once at home all season. If results were to go their way this weekend, a win could push them into 2nd place.
Meanwhile, Leamington’s form has not been as impressive, with no wins in five league games. They sit at the other end of the table in 17th place, yet have two games in hand over the opposition.
The head to head also seems to be in Southport’s favour, having won 3 of their last 4 meetings including a heavy 5-1 home win last year. Although, Leamington were the victors over Southport last time out.
The game kicks off at 3:00pm tomorrow at Southport’s Haig Avenue.
Tickets are available via the club’s official website.
