Litherland REMYCA will play their games at Bootle FC after their Litherland Sports Park ground was damaged in a storm.
The temporary arrangement will see Litherland REMYCA staging home games at the Berry Street Stadium until their home ground is repaired.
The interim stadium move will be on a month-to-month basis as the North West Counties Premier Division side will require significant time to repair their home ground.
REMYCA chairman Don Rimmer told the club website: “We are extremely grateful to Bootle FC for accommodating us at short notice.
“Following freak weather and the damage to the pitch we are unsure when our facility will be available again so will review monthly.
“The pitch and facilities at Bootle are second to none and we hope people will turn up in numbers to support the REMY.”
And the team will be hoping the ground change will trigger a change in fortunes after a campaign that has them bottom of the league after 18 games, seven points off safety.
