‘Boxercise’ is one of many weekly physical activity options that runs as part of the programme.
These sessions help give people the chance to experience the physical, mental and social benefits of boxing-related activities.
Since its launch, boxercise continues to create a positive community spirit for those who take part.
They also help a number of people who suffer with mental health issues to improve their wellbeing and have fun with likeminded individuals.
