Jamie O’Hara doesn’t understand Mohamed Salah’s exit from Liverpool’s perspective, as teammate Joe Gomez hailed Salah as one of the greatest to ever wear the Liverpool shirt.

Salah becomes a free agent this summer after an agreement was reached with Liverpool, ending a nine-year chapter at Anfield.

Mohamed Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas said: “We do not know where Mohamed will play next season.

”This also means that no one else knows.”

Earlier in the season, former Liverpool defender and Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher said he would urge Salah to think again if he wanted to move on from Liverpool.

Salah’s teammates have shown their support for the forward after the announcement.

Andy Robertson said on Instagram: ”Your mentality is second to none and a lot of people could take note.

”You have pushed yourself every single day and always demanded more from yourself and others.

”A pleasure sharing the pitch with you for so long but even more so being able to call you a friend.

”You deserve a send off that reflects your status at LFC- the greatest.”

Ibrahima konate said: ”You are the best of the best my brother.

”Thank you for all the amazing moments we shared on and off the pitch.

”I wish you all the best in your next steps inshallah, KING.”
