Liverpool’s Shaqueme ‘Shem’ Rock will fight on an upcoming MMA card in Munich, Germany.
Rock (11-1-1) will face veteran Russian fighter Lom-Ali Eskiev (23-7, 1NC) on May 17th at OKTAGON 71.
The two lightweight fighters are undefeated in the OKTAGON promotion.

“This is the biggest fight in the 155-pound division that OKTAGON can make, you’re looking at the two best guys in the division,” Rock said.
The Scouse star famously began his MMA career while on the run from police. Rock was found not guilty on burglary and assault charges in 2022 and has quickly earned a reputation as one of UK MMA’s rising stars.
Rock, who now trains at Next Generation MMA with UFC superstar Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett, last fought in June 2024 but remains confident ahead of his next bout.
“We all know how it’s going to go, it’s the Shem show baby!”
