Pickleball club ‘The Pickle Pool’ has been leading the way in Merseyside as the sport continues to grow nationwide.
Based at the Liverpool Tennis Centre, the club was established in January 2025 and brings the popular US sport to Merseyside.
Fellow racket sport Padel has made headlines for its rise in the UK, but Pickleball England reports that its own membership has grown by 65%.
Sessions at The Pickle Pool are fully booked until next year. Mersey Sport Live reporter, Oliver Powell went along to see what all the fuss is about.
