With the independent wrestling business in the UK known for its instability and the challenges that come for the various promotions, the North West has risen through that to become one of the strongest regions for the sport.
With promotions ranging from Atomic Pro Wrestling and TNT Extreme Wrestling in Liverpool, it is one of the most exciting cities in the UK for grappling enthusiasts.
This doesn’t mean that all is well however, with many of these independent British promotions facing struggles to stay open, and many shutting down completely.
