Mohammed Salah has his eyes on three more domestic trophies in the coming month.

And he is looking ever more likely to add Player of the Year to his trophy cabinet as well.

Salah is bookies favourite to win both the Golden Boot and the Premier League Player of the Year this Friday.

Sky Sports journalist Adam Bate has already publicly stated that he has voted for Salah.

Bate told Sky Sports: “The fact he does it again and again makes the case for Salah too compelling to ignore.”

The Egyptian leads the league in both goals and assists, with 22 and 13 respectively.

This is only the third time that has happened, but neither Andy Cole in 1994 or Harry Kane last season won the award.

However, Salah looks extremely likely to break this surprising record.

His closest contenders come in the form of Tottenham’s Heung-Min Son and Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne.

This would be Salah’s second time winning the award, and the fifth time a Liverpool player taken the trophy home.

Previous Liverpool winners are Virgil Van Dijk, Michael Owen and Luis Suarez.

This is a record only topped by bitter rivals Manchester United.

With his contract situation in the balance, this award may be further reason to meet Salah’s demands.

This personal triumph could be yet another award to add to Liverpool’s potentially historic run in this season.
