Sale Sharks starlet Raffi Quirke is back in the starting line-up for tonight’s clash with London Irish, for his first game since April following his hamstring injury. With a one hundred percent record in the league so far, Sale will go to the top the table, if only temporarily, with a win this evening

With Two wins from four so far this season, London Irish are aiming to stop Sales’ impressive run at the AJ Bell stadium and a victory would see them climb to fourth. Both sides won last time out but the Exiles may be rusty having not played have not played in a fortnight.

After an impressive result last week away at champions Leicester, Sale will be confident they can beat London Irish who based on performances this year, should be less of a challenge than the Tigers.

Quirke, who at twenty-one already has two England caps will be making to looking to make an immediate impact only has a short amount to impress Eddir Jones. Joe Carpenter and Tom Roebuck, who both already play for the England U20’S could make the transition to the senior squads after strong performances this season. Carpenter only made his debut for the Sharks two weeks ago against Exeter has impressed by scoring a try,and has been rewarded with earned him back-to-back starts since.

Captain Ben Curry also returns to the starting fifteen with his twin brother and international regular back row partner Tom.
