Liverpool Homeless Football Club have set up drop-in sessions for those who struggle with mental health, drink problems and homelessness.

The award winning charity aims to tackle these issues by providing football and boxing sessions for sufferers eager to make a change and learn new skills.

As well as learning new skills, this is an opportunity to socialise and make new friends.

Chief Executive Officer John Finnigan, Boxing coach Dylan Lynch and regular participant Lee Williams spoke to Mersey Sport Live about the sessions and how they help the community.
