Liverpool will go forward with Nike as their kit manufacturer as of next season.

New Balance had their attempts to appeal the High Court verdict rejected.

The European champions recently won their legal battle with current kit providers New Balance.

The footwear firm has been the Reds’ official kit supplier since 2015.

Liverpool were taken to court when they allegedly refused to honour the reported £40-million-a-year deal.

New Balance was entitled to renew the deal if they match any competitor’s offer.

The Reds argued that the company could not match Nike’s £30-million-a-year deal in terms of marketing.

The Merseyside club joins the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham who are also sponsored by Nike.
