As Everton sit 13th in the league table after 11 games played, Mesery Sport Live has spoken to two experts to find out if their position is a true reflection of their form.
Liverpool Echo’s Matt Jones and the Athletic reporter Paddy Boyland have given their view on the positives for Everton and what are the causes of concern.
One concern has been the lack of trust that Moyes has in his squad with Carlos Alcaraz and Tyler Dibling struggling for gametime.
Dibling was sought after all summer by the club and was signed for a fee of £40 million but has struggled for game time, with his only start coming against Crystal Palace.
Alcaraz could feel hard done by with the Argentine struggling to get minutes with the 22-year-old only starting twice so far and in the last three games has only played 11 minutes in total.
Iliman Ndiaye was a main talking point as the 25-year-old has blossomed in his new role and has got five goals contributions.
