After Tom’s NAP, Jatiluwih – 3.30 Wetherby, galloped to a win at a top price of 11/2 yesterday, the pressure is well and truly on me to deliver another winning tip in today’s racing.

Today’s race cards feature flat racing at Brighton, as well as jump meetings at Carlisle and Wincanton. Both Wincanton and Carlisle feature some of the country’s top jockeys, including Nico De Boinville, Richard Johnson, Harry Cobden, Aidan Coleman, Sam Twiston-Davis and Bryony Frost.

In Ireland, there are seven races at Tramore, with top trainers Gordon Elliott, Henry De Bromhead, Willie Mullins and Gavin Cromwell all fielding runners on the card.

The evening’s action comes from Chelmsford City, with races from 17.30 to 20.30. Four of the seven races are Handicap flats, ranging from seven furlongs to two miles.

My tips:

NAP: Do You Know What – 14.45 Wincanton. In her last outing she was second of 14 when 11/4 favourite at Worcester earlier this month. She was beaten by North Star Oscar by 1/2l in that race, and trainer Dan Skelton is keen to get her back in the winners column as quickly as possible.

NB: Highly Prized – 15.20 Wincanton. With top class jockey Aidan Coleman on board, this six year old is in with every chance. A horse that likes good/fast ground, who I fancy to be in with a shout for this 1m 7f Class 3 Handicap.

Each-Way: Hesamanofhisword – 1.30 Tramore. Has placed in two hurdles races from six starts. In his last outing he placed, when 33/1 in a 2m 1f race at Clonmel. Although finishing 12l behind winner Raya Time, he came on strongly and ended up finishing in second place. I like the value of this horse at 11/1 which is why I’ve picked it for my EW of the day.
