Wirral AC athlete Sam Lunt impressed as he reached the semi-finals of the men's 400 metres at the British Indoor Athletics Championships. And the 17-year-old finished third in his semi-final heat in a time of 48.36 seconds, but it was not quite enough to make it through to Sunday's final.
